In this article, you will learn how to add a contact manually to your MOBIT account.

Instructions

1 - Go to the Contacts page.

2 -  Click the 'Add Contact' button

2 - Type the contacts information into their respective fields. You will not be able to add a contact if their Mobile Number already exists in MOBIT.

3 - Click 'Save'. A new contact will be created and you will be able to add information to their custom fields, apply tags, assign them to groups and add them to campaigns.

Notes

  • When you add a contact manually into MOBIT, their opt-in status is set to either non-marketable or subscriber based on your double opt-in bypass settings.

  • If you need to add multiple contacts, import them into MOBIT.

  • If you are an Infusionsoft user, any contact you add in MOBIT will automatically be added in Infusionsoft.
