Apply and Remove Tag actions can be added off goals, timers, and response goals. Tags are used to segment contacts in your MOBIT account, so at its core, apply and remove tag actions are used to segment contacts based on events that happen in your campaign. The apply tag action can also be used as a mechanism to enter contacts into another campaign, where a tag applied goal is set up.
Set-up
1 - Click on the action button (three vertical dots) to the right of a goal or timer and select Add Action.
2 - Select either Apply Tag or Remove Tag from the drop down options.
3 - Give the action a description and then select the tag you would like to Apply or Remove to the contact that achieves your goal. Click Save.
